At the end of 2001, there were more than 6,000 Wendy's restaurants around the world; about 5,300 of these were located in the United States with the balance located in 26 other countries and territories.
BLT Cobb Salad
Wendy's BLT Cobb Salad features the taste of a grilled chicken fillet, crispy bacon mixed with real blue cheese crumbles, hard-boiled eggs and tomatoes over a spring mix topped with and avocado ranch dressing.
1 cup light Ranch dressing
1/2 ripe avocado
1 tablespoon milk
1 egg, sliced
2 strips thick bacon, fried crisp
cooked chicken breast strips
1/3 tomato, chopped
1/8 cup blue cheese, crumbled
3 cups herb mixed salad greens
Place the salad dressing ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Place the greens on a large dinner plate and top with the egg, bacon, chicken, tomato and blue cheese. Drizzle on the dressing.
